Please ensure your phone is on silent or switched off. If you do need to make a call, please step outside.
Please keep in mind that other guests are relaxing and we ask that you use an appropriate indoor voice in salon.
As we are a “NO RECEPTION” salon and are by appointment only, we ask that you to arrive ON TIME to your appointments and use the self check in iPad to let your therapist know you have arrived.
Running more than 10min late for your appointment may result in cancellation.
FaceHub is a child free salon.
Please do not bring young children to your appointment as it can be distracting for other guests and for our therapists to complete their work to the standard we pride ourselves on and want for you.
While we love to children, mums come to us to get away from their kids and the space is designed for adults only to enjoy that time out.
We also don’t have the space to accommodate prams so please be aware of this prior to booking so you can make arrangements accordingly.

- It cost nothing to be kind. But it will cost you finding somewhere else to go if you are rude.

OPENING TIMES
All appointments are by appointment only.
Self check in is available in the waiting area. Please use the iPad to check yourself in upon arrival so your therapist can be notified and come collect you at time for your appointment.
