Our Policy

We understand that sometimes unexpected things come up and you may have to cancel your appointment. Any cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. If you fail to give this notice you will forfeit your payment.

No shows will forfeit their booking and payment.

If you’re 10 minutes late to your appointment you will forfeit your appointment and full payment as we cannot accommodate this amount of time running into the next client’s treatment time.

ALL appointments are self-managed by you online using the login you have created. If you need to reschedule, cancel, or amend your appointment you can do so outside of the cancellation period.

No cancellations or reschedules allowed within 2 days of the appointment.

All deposits paid are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE. Appointments changed or cancelled without 72hrs notice will result in full loss of your deposit.

The Pre Appointment info sent to you prior to your appointment MUST be strictly followed as per the time frame outlined on our website. We advise you READ that now. Results can be poor quality if not followed. Please make sure you have read on our website if you are a suitable candidate or not prior to booking and do plenty of your own research on the procedure you are booking. If you are unsure please book a consultation with Caris before booking your tattoo appointment.

PRE-EXISTING COSMETIC TATTOO done elsewhere MUST book for a consultation to be considered for tattooing with JONI

Please note FULL PAYMENT online is required to secure your appointment when booking.

Deposits and full payments are transferable but non-refundable.

It can be used to secure a new appointment if you rescheduled within 48 hours 

OR if you cancel within the 48 hour it will stay on your account as a credit to be used for future bookings or products.
